We, ¡ÈWing Win Okayama¡É, is an alliance composed of companies, which aim to contribute to aircraft manufacturing industries by providing them with aircraft-related products, and was founded in October, 2004 with supports and assistances of Okayama Prefecture Industrial Promotion Foundation. The name of the alliance, Wing Win Okayama, came from our strong desire to win success in gaining businesses to provide aircraft-related products (Wing) manufactured and delivered from Okayama, known as centers of manufacturing in Japan.
The market of aircraft industry is assumed to expand in the next 20 years and the worldwide needs for the aircraft in two decades will be approximately 25,000 (In terms of monetary amounts, it will be approximately 20 billion yen). The major Japanese aircraft component manufacturers supply approximately 30% of the total volume of the aircraft components in the world and this ratio tends to increase further more in the future, therefore, steady businesses can be expected in the future aircraft components manufacturing.
The ¡ÈWing Win Okayama¡É is composed of specialized companies representing Okayama Prefecture as we possess cutting-edge technologies in the fields of casting, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment, and assembling. We are the team of concept and technology-oriented companies which are able to provide our customers with products of outstanding accuracy, performance, and value-added through a consolidation of the highly-advanced processing technologies which individual member companies possess.
In the future, we have a plan to introduce the latest 5-axis machines, to complement facilities and techniques within the team, and to win success in the business of complex aircraft components through a collaboration of industries, municipal government, and university labs so that we are able to deal with even new materials for aircraft components.
We would like to take up a challenge to manufacture quality and cost-competitive ¡ÈNext generation aircraft components¡É with flexible concepts and continuous technical advancement. We look forward to serving you soon.
