This year, we have a plan to purchase 5-spindle machines of Shin Nippon Koki.
Inspection and assembling fixtures for aircrafts
We are capable of a series of jobs from designing, fabrication, electric work (designing and construction of control system), installation in the plant, and to maintenance. We have met various needs of customers and established a relationship of mutual trust with our customers as we have abundant experiences and techniques. However, the never changing style of our business is to "innovate and develop always" without getting bloated.
DOCK for aircraft
This is a work dock used for checking and maintenance of entire aircraft. For efficient and safe checking, this dock is equipped with automatic traveling and lifting functions. It is also equipped with a lifter for carrying materials and equipment. For weight saving, floor panel can be aluminum.
Aircraft part manufacturing
In the past 40 years, we supplied machined parts for tools with diesel engines to Japanese diesel engine manufactures (Mitsui Engineering and Shipbuilding, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Hitachi Zosen, and more), and such experiences can be utilized to manufacture parts for aircrafts.
