Center hole grinding machine “YCG-1215”
This is the precise center hole grinding machine which enables the accurate grinding of both center holes without rotating the work piece.
YASDA’s sophisticated technology perfected the unique grinding motion of the grinding stone so that the center hole can be finished to the polygon-shaped hole with 2μm tolerance.
Precision vise “YPV”
YASDA’s YPV series precision vise completely prevents any clearance between the vise and the work so that extremely precise clamping can be achieved.
Precise cylindrical grinding, internal grinding, and surface grinding:
The base center hole is precisely shaped to the desired polygon shape, the center hole is further ground cylindrically, and the internal grinding is performed using the periphery of the center hole.
It is very important to precisely finish the base center hole, and the center hole grinding machine developed by us demonstrates its excellent ability in finishing the center hole precisely.
