One of only a few domestic makers of small flat bar steel products
The main raw material we use is sheet-steel (produced using blast furnaces and electric furnaces). In addition to the sheet-steel, we are qualified to process JIS G 3101 (rolled steel for general structures) so that rolling of SS standard materials, special alloy steel, and SUS steel is also possible.
Heat treatment
As a general heat treatment supplier, we provide raw material refining, carburizing, high-frequency hardening, vacuum heat treatment, and aluminum T6 processing services. At the same time, after-processes such as annealing, sand blasting and painting can be done in the same factory. This means a series of processing can be completed in a short time. （We also have a machining plant with flat-surface grinding machines）.

In the case of heat treatment of one-time orders, the sophisticated skills of each worker who is involved in the heat treatment are required; therefore, almost all of our employees, except for newcomers, are qualified as heat treatment technicians.

●Heat treatment technicians (High-frequency and flame hardening): 2 Grade-2
●Heat treatment technicians (Composition testing): 6 Grade-1
